Handbrake Settings are crucial for using Jellyfin on the RPi. Since the RPi doesn't really support transcoding and isn't a powerful PC, having proper video settings for your media library is required to ensure excellent, optimized performance from the RPi.
Here were my goals and priorities for my video settings: 1080p, Direct Play, Good Audio, and NO TRANSCODING.

Video Codec: H.264, Framerate (FPS): Same as source, Constant Framerate
Optimise Video: Encoder Preset: Fast, Encoder Tune: Film, Encoder Profile: High, Encoder Level: 4.1
Quality: Constant Quality RF: 20
Audio:
Track 1: AAC, Bitrate: 160, Mixdown: Stereo, Samplerate: 48
Track 2: AC3, Bitrate: 448, Mixdown: 5.1 Channels
Subtitles:
Track 1: Foreign Audio Scan: Forced Only, Burn In
